What phone should I get Lg env touch or lg dare?

Ok so I am getting a new phone i want a phone that has a touch screen and is easy to text on. The env touch is $20 more than the dare is it worth it. Oh and also my sister and best friend has the lg env touch so i kind of want to get something different but if you think that it is the best phone for me than it is. If you can suggest any other phone reasonbly priced that would be great thanks
